Prices from Durban to Cape Town around this spring equinox aren't looking too good; they're steep and the cheapest flights are over R300 more expensive than they were last time we surveyed these flights. Note that if you're wanting to fly at 18h00, the same flight is cheaper if you book through British Airways than if you book through Kulula! While I can almost justify paying R1000 odd for a 2 hour BA flight, R834 is expensive to pay for a 1time ride.
A little bird told me that Velvet Sky's new fleet has arrived - finally - so I'm excited for them to start flying between Durban and Cape Town. Velvet is going to give other airlines a run for their ticket sales!
