Good Day My name is Malifa Chilwane a frequent and loyal traveller of City to City busses. My family and I always use your busses when we travel to Acornhoek, Mpumalanga. We have realised that our destination busses are mostly the last to arrive and sometimes we have to wait till 11o'clock am which for many commuters is inconvenient as we wake up extremely early just to catch an appropriate position in line but yet at the same time it does not make a difference because we still leave late. This has been going on for many years and I just don't think anyone has had the guts to piots through a complaint. And another issue is that there are so many commutters within our destination and sometimes just one bus is sent through and compared to the other destinations, you find that that there are very few passengers and their busses come in as early as 7o'clock or maybe 2 busses are sent through. We enjoy using your transport and can never see ourselves using any other means of transport. We are able to rely on your busses. So all that I'm asking for is for better and fair service to all passengers and so that everyone is happy and satisfied. Im looking forward to your response, Kind Regards Malifa Chilwane

Last nite i got onto your bus from Johannesburg to Cape Town via Kimberley. I have never been inconvenienced like this before. I am betterly disappointed and demand a refund and compensation for the discomfort experienced. The bus had no entertainment as per the ussual. It broke down between klerksdorp and Woolmaranstat at around 16h00 only to get another bus at 02h00 today. I only arrive home this morning at 06h30. instead of solving the problem the driver was rediculed by one of his seniors for giving us the passengers a private number. what was the driver suppose to do when we were dissatiesfied with the call cent5re which ignored our calls. we were stuck in the middle of no where without food,water and ablution facilities. to CROWN it all we had one traveller from the UK, his first visit to our Country, he just arrived yesterday and he experienced this time of service. other tourists were 3 people from India who arrived in the country on the 11 June they also experienced this bad service. we have compilled a list of all passengers on board this bus I hope your office in Cape town does something about it. should your company not do the honerable thing, being, refunding all of us, compensating us for the inconvenience and disconfort, and publickly apologise to us I will be forced to take this issue to the publick arena in the form of popular mass media, like Facebook, twiter, SA FM and other, I hope you do take my commenrts with the seriousness they deserve.

I have been a City to city customer for quite some years now. I travel from Johannesburg to Sibasa almost three times a month. But I catch the bus after travelling with flight from Cape Town. The new system of doing things by your drivers is not earning my continuous loyality to City to City. I catch a bus at Sibasa to Joburg but somewhere along the way we are swopped around the busses. They will tell you to go to a certain bus and sit in that bus for 20 minutes. Then comes another driver and tell you to go to another bus inwhich you sit for another 20 or 30 minutes before they tell to go to another bus or hit the road. I thought there was a bus for a certain trip with its stops and terminals. This thing of making us sit in the bus at the 1Stop Engen Garage (Kranskop) for 1 hour waiting for the bus from Giyani to bring the passengers who are going to the same place as us is nonsense. If the bus is travelling from Giyani to Joburg it must just keep its trip because we end-up missing our transport to our destinations. I missed my flight on Wednsday to Cape Town because of this nonsense. If this thing is not stopping I think I will be left with no other option but using other transport service. Drivers from Limpopo (Venda, Giyani/Malamulele and around Polokwane). Please stop this nonsense and start thinking for us. I hope the company (City to City) will do something about this act.

I was a passenger along with my family on the 06:00 Capetown to East London bus on 11 April (reg.YXM 779 GP).I would like to extent my appreciation for the timely arrival and the cleanliness of the service.However the behaviour of the 2 drivers caused considerable concern.They were rude,confrontational and unprofessional to a degree that I have never experienced before.Some passengers suspected that one of the drivers might be inebriated(as an possible explanation for the poor standard of their behaviour and langauge.Their language were foul towards passengers aswell as between themselves.They lacked courtesy and they even refused a small child the opportunity of using the public lavatory while stopping at a station.The films they chose to show were inapropriate for a family audience,interms of graphic violence and language.A mother asked for the filmed to be stopped and became the subject of abusive language.The inappropriateness of the films on the bus we travelled to cape town was equally questionable.I think City-to-City is a clean competatively priced service and I think the issued raised here deserves attention and will hopefully be dealt in a speedy and professional manner.Yours faithfully,Niah Pheara

Good day, I am utterly appauled by the service that I recieved both on the 26th of February and 28th of February 2010. Apon departure from PTA to PMB on the 26th, I was firstly unimpressed by the late arrival of the coach. I was supposed to depart at 07:00 but however ended up departing at 07:30. This is unacceptable and trully unproffessional! To make matters worse, the entire trip was not enjoyable at all- the hostesses didnt even seem to care about their passengers to say the least. Stupidly, I booked a return ticket for the 28th of February that was to depart at 09:20. To my dismay, the coach arrived at 10:30!! This is utterly UNACCEPTABLE. On behalf of the those I travelled with, I sincerely hope my complaint is taken seriously as I personally will never travel on your buses in future. I strongly suggest the company starts shaping up, AND FAST.

On the 30 November my son arrived at the Translux terminal to catch his bus to Grahamstown. When he arrived the offices were in darkness. The buses were parked and there was a crowd going mad. It was a very scary situation as the people were behaving badly. He did not hang around to wait. I have phoned every number available on your website as well as from telephone directories. They ring. Or don't. Your customer service is absolutely unbelievably apalling. Is this way to treat your customers? This will be the very last time that any of my family members use City to City.
