At around 0930, a Translux bus goes off the N2 down a 30m embankment at Izingolweni near Port Shepstone in the KwaZulu-Natal Province. Seven female passengers and the male driver were injured, and taken to Margate Private Hospital and Kokstad Provincial Hospital.

Hi All, have any of you heard of the Computicket website??? Stop wasting your time on this site as no one replies anyway. With regards to service, if it wasn't that City to City is the only bus service that departs during the day from either George or Grahamstown. I wouldn't have ever paid for a City-to-City bus ticket. The busses break, have many hours of delays, unfriendly staff and overall even the ticket sellers at the various places are unhelpful. They do not clean the busses inside out and does not contact the potential passengers when they will be arriving late. They do not inform you on where you are or should the bus break what the problem is and the period of time that you would need to wait. The last time that I was on the bus, some of the passenger toy-toyd...who wants this type of service etc. I actually departed the bus in another town, having paid the full trip, in order for my family to come and pick me up and what a story that was. The seats are small and the bus stinks. So to all of you, who uses the City-to-City as it is the most affordable bus around...please remember that you get what you are paying for. Do not expect the best as they most definitly do not have the least bit of the necessary customer service experience or knowledge to make anyone happy. Kind Regards JP

Greetings to all. Sorry to be a Party Pooper, but I would like to state that my last trip from Klerksdorp to Cape Town was far from satisfactory. Not only was the bus late upon departing, but also failed to meet it's deadline, by arriving 3 & a Quarter hours late. That sought of time frame is unacceptable. The young lady who sat next to me, had been on since Pretoria. She therefore spent 22 hours riding this shithole. However, it was'nt the time frame that was the most inconvnient factor. The Heaters were kept on all day & night. This made sleeping extremely difficult, and I think that there was actually a point where I was sweating blood. I don't know why you people have TVs & a radio on board, if nobody has the intellict to get them to work. All in all, this trip was tremendously uncomfortable, and if it were'nt for interesting conversation with a fellow passenger, then I would have probably taken my own life.
