Cape Town holiday flights |
01 July 2011 flights |
Looking for a Cape Town holiday? This week we surveyed one-way flights between Durban and Cape Town, departing on Friday the 1st of July between 13h49 and 21h46 and Mango came out on top with the cheapest flight price of R712*. The flights are slightly more pricey than usual owing to the June-July holidays, but the price increase was more prounounced in the bus prices which start at R420 one-way. The Shosholoza Meyl tracks still haven't been repaired so there are no train trips between Durban and Cape Town for the time being.
*All prices were available midday on Friday the 3rd of June - they are subject to change without notice at the discretion of their providers and future availability cannot be guaranteed by us.

The Cape Town Guitar Festival will be hosted on the Groot Constantia Wine Estate from the 1st to the 3rd of July this year. It only takes place once every two years, and is worth checking out. Apart from being audience to South Africa's top guitarists, various workshops will be hosted and there is a great line-up of guest speakers. This isn't even to mention the wine tasting, excellent dining, museums and garden walks on offer at the Wine Estate. Children are catered for and weekend passes are on sale - although you can purchase your tickets per event instead. Visit the official website for more information!
