Travel prices from CPT to JHB
This week, Mango showed the cheapest flights on the Cape Town to Johannesburg route at R699 for a one way flight on the date surveyed. (Prices may change). Passengers arriving at Lanseria or OR Tambo Airports can enjoy the same airfare on Mango and Kulula flights. The Shosholoza Meyl train continued to show the cheapest option for overland travel at R340 for economy travel. (Prices may change). Car Trawler offered the best rate of vehicle hire at OR Tambo Airport.
The Johannesburg Cap Classique Celebration takes place from the 18th to 19th of August at the Johannesburg Country Club in Auckland Park. If you are a bubbly lover, you will not want to miss this event that showcases South Africa's most impressive selection of sparkling wines. Tastings and samplings will be available as well as discounted prices for those wanting to stock up their sparkling wine collections. Tickets are for sale at R250 per person and doors will be open from 12pm to 5pm each day.
