Cape Town to Johannesburg travel
In this week's survey, we compared the prices of travel from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The train prices proved to be the cheapest on this route as the bus prices have started to increase as we head towards the festive season. Shosholoza Meyl's economy class train fare was R440 per person when we checked. The cheapest bus fare was offered by Citiliner at R770 per person for the one way trip. Please note that all prices could change.

Kia Picanto is cheapest car rental at OR Tambo Airport
This week we compared the prices of car hire in Johannesburg. The cheapest rate we found was offered by Car Trawler when we compared the prices of car hire from 21h00 on Friday the 18th of December 2015 until 13h00 on Sunday the 20th of December 2015. Car Trawler offered a Kia Picanto or similar for this period at R487 (Please note prices are subject to change).
