Moms and moms-to-be should not miss the annual Baba Indaba 2014. The Gauteng leg of the event will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre from the 24th to the 26th of October 2014. Entry is R60 per adult and R20 per child over 6 years. Those attending the expo can expect loads of specials on baby gear, toys and othe essentials as well some stage presentations and seminars.

Cape Town to Johannesburg travel

In this week's survey, we compared the prices of land travel options from Cape Town to Johannesburg for the Baba Indaba Expo. The cheapest travel option was offered by SA Roadlink with their one way bus trip at R399 per person (prices will change). For those who would like to hire a car in Durban, be sure to check Car Trawler's prices as they were the cheapest when we checked. Please note that all prices could change.

Kia Picanto is cheapest car rental at OR Tambo Airport

This week we compared the prices of vehicle hire in Johannesburg. The cheapest rate we found was offered by Car Trawler when we compared the prices of car hire from 21h00 on Friday the 24th of October 2014 until 13h00 on Sunday the 26th of October 2014. Car Trawler offered a Kia Picanto or similar for this period at R391 (Please note prices are subject to change).
