Durban Bierfest Flights |

The Bierfest Durban 2013 will take place at the Suncoast Boulevard on Marine Drive from the 12th until the 15th of September 2013. Bierfest is a festival that aims to bring to South Africa a traditional Bavarian beer festival similar to Oktoberfest which is held in Munich, Germany in October each year. Beer lovers can expect to enjoy limited edition beers brewed especially for Bierfest, German food and oompah bands. Tickets are on sale for R100.
Johannesburg to Durban prices
In this week's survey we looked at the prices of flights, buses and trains for a one way trip from Johannesburg to Durban. The cheapest flight we found was offered by Mango from Johannesburg to Durban with a one way flight at R643 when we checked (prices will change). Shosholoza Meyl's sitter class train was R140 when we checked, and the cheapest bus trip was R150 with City to City (all prices will change). We also compared the rates for car hire for the weekend in Durban and found Car Trawler to offer the best rates with a Kia Picanto at R340 when we checked. Please note that all prices will change.

Car Trawler is cheapest car rental in Durban
We compared the cheapest car hire prices at King Shaka Airport from 21h00 on Friday the 13th of September 2013 until 13h00 on Sunday the 15th of September 2013. A Kia Picanto or similar was offered at R340 for the weekend, with 200 kilometres a day included. Please note that prices will change.
