The annual Cape Town Cycle Tour will again attract thousands of visitors to Cape Town as the world's biggest one day timed cycling event. The route will take participants around some of the most beautiful spots in the Cape Peninsula as it winds around for 109 kilometres.
In this week's survey, we had a look at the prices of travel from Durban to Cape Town for the Cape Argus Cycle Tour. Shosholoza Meyl offered the cheapest prices at R550 per person for the one way train trip (prices could change). Citiliner offered the cheapest bus fare at R570 per person for the one way trip (prices could change). If you would like to rent a car while in Cape Town, be sure to check Car Trawler's prices as they were the most affordable when we checked.
