JHB to CPT travel prices
With the Cape Argus Cycle Tour taking place in Cape Town on the 9th March, the flight prices to Cape Town have shown a steep increase since the last survey done on this route. With many flights on this route already fully booked, the cheapest flight we found was R2 447 for a one way flight with Kulula, (prices will change). If you have the patience for a train trip, have a look at the Shosholoza Meyl train fares, as this means of travel proved to be the cheapest option to Cape Town when we checked.

Hyundai i10 is cheapest rental in Cape Town
This week we compared the car hire prices at Cape Town Airport. The cheapest rate we found was offered by Drive South Africa when we compared the prices of car hire from 21h00 on Friday the 7th of March 2014 until 13h00 on Sunday the 9th of March 2014. Drive South Africa offered a Hyundai i10 or similar for this period at R452 (Please note prices are subject to change).
