Ritz Hotel Cape Town
Located just off Cape Town's Sea Point suburb's bustling busy main road, the Ritz Hotel is famed for the rotating views from the restaurant perched above it (and wider than the building). The Ritz is situated a short walk from the Sea Point promenade and the beach, and is close to Cape Town's V&A Waterfront.

Top of the Ritz Restaurant
Situated on the 22nd floor of the hotel, the Top of the Ritz is Cape Town's only revolving restaurant, and completes one rotation every hour and a half. The restaurant is especially worth a visit at the times straddling sunset.

Nearby beaches & pools
Sea Point beach is within walking distance, as is Sea Point pavillion (a swimming pool). Camps Bay and Clifton beaches are a short drive away.
Conference venue
The Ritz has a conference venue for 75 people.
Theft
As with many hotels in South Africa, there are problems with theft - do not leave valuables in your room.
Old
In its day, the Ritz was one of the top hotels in Cape Town. However, it is a bit dated now and some guests have commented that it has an old fashioned feel to it.
Stars
The Ritz Hotel has 3 stars (although some US visitors have said that it would be considered 2 stars in the USA).
