Best International Airfare Guarantee

The airfare comparison tool compares the prices of all airlines flying your route and sorts the prices out, with the cheapest airfare being shown at the top of the list. We are sufficiently confident in the ability of the airline price comparison tool to find the cheapest airfares for international flights originating in South Africa, that if it doesn't you will be refunded the difference. As airlines change their airfares all the time (usually slowly increasing them as planes fill up, or reducing them if the planes don't fill up), it is not fair to compare flight prices from today with flight prices in 2 weeks time; so in checking whether we're proving the cheapest airfare you must compare our airfares today against others' airfares today.

How to find the cheapest flight:

• Make a flight reservation using the airline price comparison tool, and pay for it.
• If you discover the same flight quotation at a better airfare elsewhere, then email the booking confirmation to cheapflights@southafrica.to before midnight on the same day that you made the flight reservation and paid for it.
• If we verify that it's in order, we'll pay you the difference within 4 days.

Terms & conditions

• By the same flight quotation, we mean that everything must be the same - the passengers must be the same, the dates must be the same, the airline must be the same, the class of the ticket must be the same, the rules of the fare must be the same, etc...
• The airfares compared to must exclude any additional products purchased (e.g. travel insurance, ....)
• The flight quotation must be from a travel agency or website based in South Africa.

The guarantee doesn't apply for airfares obtained using frequent flyer miles or any other loyalty program, or for marine fares, student fares, hajj fares, corporate fares, package deals, incentive travel or special group travel, etc...
