A maximum of 2 children UNDER 18 at the time of completion of travel, sharing a 4 bedded cabin with 2 Fare paying passengers cruise FREE and pay only the applicable port charges and service fees.

A maximum of 2 children UNDER 12 at the time of completion of travel can be accommodated with 2 Fare paying passengers in the Balcony Suites on both Sinfonia and Opera and pay only the applicable port charges and service fees

Inter-leading cabins are available to accommodate families in Category 10 Outside Balcony cabins; however children will NOT cruise free when accommodated in the adjoining cabins; and each will pay 50% of the Published Adult rate as well as the applicable port charges and service fees. A minimum of 2 children under 18 will be permitted in the adjoining cabins paying 50% of the Adult rate each; or a single child paying one FULL adult fare (plus applicable port charges and service fees.

ALL DISCOUNTS EXPRESSED AS A PERCENTAGE ARE PER PERSON, AND APPLY ONLY TO THE CRUISE FARE AND NO OTHER CHARGES
Specials are offered on selected cruises and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. They are NOT applicable to Peak Season and North & Southbound Cruises. Selected Discounts may be combined from time to time and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
The compulsory on board service charge is required to be pre-paid with your cruise fare and will be added to all bookings at a rate of R50 per person per day (Adult) and R25 per person per day (Child 0-17.99 years)(Including Northbound Positioning Cruises) and R65 per person per day (Adult) and R32.50 per person per day (Child 0-17.99 years) on Southbound Positioning Cruises.
Please note that South African Citizens holding Foreign Passports will NOT be permitted to board the cruise.
** Mandatory Cruise Insurance is NOT included in South and Northbound sailings, and passengers are required to obtain their own travel insurance and send proof of such insurance to MSC Starlight Cruises.
Single person supplement
One person in a cabin attracts a single supplement. In category 1 to 10 on the Sinfonia, the supplement is an additional 50% on the full brochure rate. For category 11 (balcony suite) on the Sinfonia, there is a 100% supplement charged.
