20 Oct to 7 Nov 2014 : Damen Shiprepair in Rotterdam carries out maintenance and repairs on the MSC Magnifica - this includes cleaning, painting, refurbishing of the rudder system, replacing piping and steelworks. MSC Magnifica on the River Tyne
The Magnifica has two main restaurants, L'Edera and Quattro Ventri, each serving a selection of high quality foods.
The ship also has an asian restaurant called Oriental Plaza, ensuring that all tastes are catered for. There are 17 bars and lounges, each with different themes, as well as a state of the art theatre, discos and casinos to provide entertainment for all.
Guests can enjoy hours of relaxation at the MSC Aurea Spa, which offers a Turkish bath, sauna, massage rooms, beauty salon and fitness centre. There are 3 swimming pools to choose from, as well as a tennis court, basketball court and a jogging track for the more energetic guests.
MSC Cruises on the Mediterranean give one that Italian flavour.
