1Time Holidays are using RWA’s Sell-It Suite reservation system to load car rental agreements and hotel contracts. The Sell-It Suite reservation system integrates with 1Time Airline's flight reservation system to access real-time flight availability within the travel package offering, including pricing and bookings.
Whilst there is a small call centre using Sell-It’s Bookings Manager to take telephonic bookings, the majority of 1time Holidays’ reservations are made online using Sell-It Online.
RWA Limited is a travel technology and solutions company, based in the United Kingdom, and offering specialised travel reservation and management systems. Kulula Travel also use RWA technology.

1time goes live with 1Time Holidays, initially focussing on packages to Zanzibar with its “Amazzzzing Holiday Deals to Zanzibar” for September to November 2009. It gained a lot of exposure from being advertised on 1time aircraft tray tables and overhead lockers. Initially it focussed on showcasing its packages to Zanzibar (Tanzania). “1time has grown dramatically in the last 5 years in the South
African market place carrying over 1.6 million passengers in
2008. A lot of our success has come from streamlined and
efficient internet booking systems, and it was vital that any
system we added was cost effective, reliable, efficient, and
more importantly, offered ease of use to our customers which
is crucial to our predominantly online business. We did a
thorough investigation of all available systems on the market, “It is always great to see a new customer go live with our system and we are particularly excited when it is linked to the launch of a new business. Our 2 teams have worked very well together and we are looking forward to a long lasting and successful business relationship between our two companies.” Director of Business Development at RWA, Mark Bradbury. |
