Kensington, Johannesburg

At the foot of the hill in the photo is the suburb of Kensington, in Johannesburg. Cutting diagonally across the photo from bottom right to top left is Bezuidenhout Street, which leads up through Bertrams to Ellis Park Stadium (top left, just about visible with the reddish roof). The tall round building in the top middle of the photo is the Ponte Apartment building and to the right of it is the Hillbrow Tower (officially the Telkom Johannesburg Tower).
