My wife and I recently flew with Kulula to Durban on holiday. Just before returning my wife had an injury to her leg. Both of us were amazed at the courtesy and service levels we experienced with the provision of a wheelchair, a lady to push it ,who accompanied us to a special waiting area. Transportation was provided in a special lift type vehicle from the terminal to the aircraft,assistance to seating and lastly this was all repeated on our arrival back at Cape Town Airport. Keep up the great work. Kulula are definitely our favourite airline. Pat and John on a Kulula Cape Town - Durban return trip.
