All the Rovos Rail suites are luxurious compared to what you'd usually get in a train; but even luxurious comes in different grades. The Pullman suite is the most basic (but still has an en-suite shower/toilet), Deluxe suites have a bit more space in them, and tthe Royal suite is the largest (it even has a victorian clawfoot style bathtub).
Unlike many luxury train companies, you can open the windows in your suite. Housekeeping may interact with you a bit, to ensure that they can provide what you enjoy. When there's dinner, housekeeping will get to know how long guests will take to finish dinner, and will try start by cleaning the rooms of passengers who are likely to finish dining first.
