- RULES OF THE PROMOTION
- This promotion opens on 23 March 2015 and is ongoing.
- In order to qualify as an entrant for this promotion;
- the entrant must live in the Republic of South Africa;
- the entrant must provide correct and full personal details, as required; and
- the entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual;
- To enter the promotion, the entrant must: -
- Have a Smart Shopper card and switch a minimum of 5,000 (valued at R50.00 including VAT) Smart Shopper points at the Pick n Pay Smart Shopper kiosk, on the Pick n Pay app or online to receive one Intercape voucher valued at R100.00 (including VAT) which can be redeemed for an Intercape bus ticket when booking at any Pick n Pay Supermarket or Hypermarket store. Vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at Intercape.
- Any amount of Smart Shopper points can be switched to Intercape vouchers in multiples of 5,000 Smart Shopper points.
- A maximum of two Intercape vouchers can be used per bus ticket (either one way or return).
- Any balance owing on the cost of the Intercape bus ticket after the voucher value has been deduced must be paid via either credit card or cash paid in-store at a Pick n Pay store in South Africa.
- The Intercape voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Intercape voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Unused, expired and redeemed Intercape vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.
- Once Smart Shopper points have been switched to an Intercape voucher, entrants understand that adherence to the FlightSite and Intercape terms and conditions is compulsory. Book and pay for any bus ticket (including Intercape and Big Sky Intercity; as well as Greyhound Premium, Intercity Xpress and Eagleliner) at a Pick n Pay store and enter your Smart Shopper card details before making payment. The promotion allows the participants to be eligible to receive 3X Smart Shopper points on the full fare of any bus ticket booked or paid for at a Pick n Pay store (this equates to 1.5% of value back in terms of smart shopper points, which can be doubled to 3.0% if swapped for Intercape vouchers - maximum of R50 x 2 vouchers worth R100 x 2 = R200 can be used to discount an Intercape ticket).

3 RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER
- 3.1 This Pick n Pay Smart Shopper Promotion ("the promotion") starts at 09:00am on 01 June 2025 and ends at 23:59pm on 30 June 2025
- 3.2 The promotion allows the qualifying participants to be eligible for the following:
- 3.2.1 To receive 3X Smart Shopper points on the full fare of any bus ticket booked or paid for at a Pick n Pay store. This includes instances where participants book a bus ticket online on FlightSites’ website.
- 3.3 To participate in the promotion, the participant must: -
- 3.3.1 book and pay for any bus ticket at a Pick n Pay store and enter their Smart Shopper card details before making payment; or
- 3.3.2 book any bus ticket on the FlightSite website www.flightsite.co.za and opt to make payment at a Pick n Pay store, and also enter their Smart Shopper card number on the website during the booking process before making payment in-store.
- 3.4 The Smart Shopper points for bus travel bookings are loaded onto the respective Smart Shopper card in the beginning of the following month after payment has been made for the booking.
- 3.5 The Smart Shopper points will not be allocated if a bus ticket has been cancelled.
- 3.6 The Smart Shopper points are loaded onto the card at the entrant’s own risk. The risk shall reside with the entrant once transferred onto their card. The entrant indemnifies the promoters for any loss or damage, including unauthorised use or fraud, that may be suffered by the entrant.
- 3.7 The Smart Shopper points awarded shall be subjected to the standard Smart Shopper terms and conditions found at https://www.pnp.co.za/pnpstorefront/smart-shopper-t&c.
- 3.8 In order to qualify as a participant for this promotion: -
- 3.8.2 the participant must live in the Republic of South Africa;
- 3.8.3 the participant must provide correct and full personal details, as required;
- 3.8.4 the participant must be 18 years old or older;

- 3.8.6 the participant is a registered Pick n Pay Smart Shopper.
4 DATA PRIVACY
- 4.1 Personal Information means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person and where its applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person including but not limited to defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).
- 4.2 The entrants hereby consent to provide the promoters with the relevant personal information required in order to enter the competition as well as allow the promoter to share the personal information with the designated third-parties.
- 4.3 In addition, the entrant also agrees to the promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.pnp.co.za/privacy-policy.
- 4.4 All personal information shared within the context of the competition will be treated as confidential and shall only be processed for the sole purpose of the competition.
