The Purple Shall Rule! You gotta be in it to win it! Have you entered our SA Express competition yet? Myself and 3 best friends (including my mother) set off to Ngwenya Lodge just outside the Kruger National park. Our first visit to Nwenya Lodge and hopefully not the last. If we could afford it, we would have flown there which would have given us more time to explore the Kruger Park, but maybe next time....... The main reason why we booked at Ngwenya is because of it's proximity to the Kruger National park which is my favourite destination in SA. There is just this "magic" of the bushfeld that I can't explain. Just driving around in the Kruger Park and keeping your eyes peared to be the first one to spot the Big Five....the exitement when you spot that Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Elephant or Buffalo can't be described in words, but I'll try.......AMAZING, EXILIRATING, WONDERFULL! The peacefulness just being so close to your Maker and admiring His handywork is such a great privilege and something we take for granted most of the time. If I just had more leave days I will spend them all at the Kruger National Park, but I have to safe some days to go and visit my children living abroad, but when they come and visit me they share my love for the Kruger and we make a point of taking a few days to go and enjoy the Kruger Park together. Hopefully with my next visit I'll be able to afford flying down to the Kruger Park. Maggie

The bottom line: The MSC Opera cruise ship arrived in Cape Town yesterday, to start the 2013/2014 cruise season. She is now on her way to Durban. In the morning Cape Town travel agents were invited on board, and in the afternoon she hosted a function for Ukuthemba, where items were auctioned off for the charity. |
