Mango September Flight Prices | How to Save an Additional 25%
Find out when and how to save on domestic flights with Mango Airlines this September! We've priced flights on each route for every day of the month, helping you to plan a budget friendly trip. We're also sharing how to save an additional 25% below.
September is generally a quiet month for domestic travel as there are no school holidays to cause significant spikes to flight prices and the mild weather keeps most locked in their home.
The only noticeable increase on flights is around the long weekend on the 23rd and the 25th, with Heritage Day (24 September 2017) taking place on the Sunday.
Weekday flights are generally affordable on all routes, with slight increases on Friday and Sunday flights as people take weekend breaks. Look out for dates highlighted in green on each route below to find the most affordable flights.
Avoid travelling the last two weeks of the month where possible, as prices increase quite dramatically from the 21st.
Sunday flights are by far the most expensive this month, so avoid where possible.

Monday-Wednesday flights are the most budget-friendly, with weekend flights being generally more expensive.
Affordable flights are easy to track down this month, with the only expensive travel dates being the 25th and the 26th.
The difference between the cheapest and most expensive dates to travel on is marginal, making it easy to decide on travel dates if you are on a budget this month.

Where possible avoid travelling on dates highlighted in pink as those are considerably more expensive than dates highlighted in green.
If you are very flexible you might consider travelling on the 14th, 20th and the 21st of September as those are the most affordable dates to travel on.
The most budget-friendly travel dates are highlighted in green and should help you save on your travels if you are flexible.
Budget-conscious travellers should avoid travelling over weekends, specifically on dates highlighted in pink, as flights are considerably more expensive on these days.
P.S. This survey was completed on the 11th of August and it is possible that prices might have changed since then. This serves as a guide to when you can find the most affordable flights.
