*Terms and Conditions:

1. The customer must book car rental with Europcar on www.flysaa.com between 1 April and 31 May 2013. The rental must take place within this period too.
2. Members are automatically entered to win the grand prize a 2013 Kia Picanto base model.
3. Payment for the rental must be made by credit card
4. Standard rental terms and conditions apply, and can be accessed on www.europcar.co.za
5. This promotion is open to all South African residents over the age of 18, except employees of Europcar, Division of Imperial Group (Pty) Ltd, SAA, Kia and associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
6. There will be one automatic entry per reservation number.
7. Entrants must be South African residents aged 18 or over and hold a valid driving licence.
8. To be eligible for the prize, one must book a car with Europcar on www.flysaa.com (and travel) between 1 April and 31 May 2013. The entry is therefore automatic.
9. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
10. If an entrant that is part of a larger group, i.e. a business that passenger and driver is the winner of the prize, the person that the car is booked under wins the prize. The organisers do not take responsibility for business / group protocol outside of the competition.
11. The prize consists of one 2012 Kia Picanto 1.0L manual, delivery to the nearest Kia dealership.
12. Whilst every effort will be made to provide the winner’s colour of choice, this cannot be guaranteed.
13. Prize does not include insurance. The winner must arrange insurance before the car can be handed over.
14. The winner will be the first entry drawn on Friday 14 June 2013 from all valid entries. The draw will take place under the supervision of external auditors.
15. The winner will be notified in telephonically and in writing within 7 days from the above date.
16. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or an alternative model/specification or any other alternative in whole or in part.
17. The decision of the promoters in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. If the winner is deemed unreachable for 5 days, a new winner will then be randomly drawn.
19. Prizes are not transferable for cash and cannot be returned for cash.
20. Europcar, Division of Imperial Group (Pty) Ltd, have the right to change or terminate the competition at their discretion.
21. In the event the prizes are not available, Europcar, a Division of Imperial Group (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
22. Europcar, Division of Imperial Group (Pty) Ltd, is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged, illegal or incomprehensible entries. All such entries shall be invalid.
23. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
24. The judge's decision is final and no further negotiations will be entered into.
25. Europcar, Division of Imperial Group (Pty) Ltd, their promoters, agents and distributors nor any of its associated or subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the entrants participating in the promotion.

27. Europcar reserves the right to photograph the handover of the prize, to be used for publicity.
