The Purple shall rule! Message left on our SAA flights page: "This is the most unfriendly airline ever. I travelled with my daughter and granddaughter from Josie to Durban. They have so much attitude - it was unreal. The baby was so good - didn't even cry or make a scene - but help from these people was out of the question!! We had a long flight from Mauritius and had to catch a connecting flight to Durban. I say --- "wake up SAA" before it's too late! And, for heavens sake - whatever happened to that sunshine smile?"

The Bottom Line: "Strangely enough, we shall suggest as one of our chief requirements here that our readers limit themselves to issues selling not far above their tangible net asset value (tangible assets include a company's physical property - like real estate, factories, equipment and inventories - as well as its financial balances - such as cash, short-term investments, and accounts receivable). Among the elements not included in tangible assets are brands, copyrights, patents, franchises, goodwill & trademarks." The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham
