There are other airlines that are worse. You just fly with them once. We have used all different airlines and you know who is good and who is not. SAA service is also not good but it also depends on the country you fly to for instance to Brazil. We also do not use them for international and domestic.
All airlines have the good and bad. The best service and airlines are the airlines flying to the Far East." Ben
