The Bottom Line: I love staying at their Arabella Hotel in Kleinmond & Westin in Cape Town, and most investment analysts are saying to buy Hospitality B...oversold apparently. I'm not convinced - their rosy medium-term forecasts has allowed for lower refurbishment costs than has been the case historically - if refurbishment costs turn out to be equal to the history, then suddenly the share isn't as appealing.
