"We had a death in the family and the Mango Call Centre and the Mango Customer Care line were most unhelpful in helping me transfer flights already booked down to Cape Town for a 50th to fly down to Durban to go and assist and be with the family instead. I am most disappointed in their uncaring attitude which was basically "rebook another flight to avoid losing the payment altogether". I advised that there were no suitable flights down to Durban and I was told well then book another flight as long as it's scheduled before October. How do I do this without knowing when next I will be flying? On top of it, when I change the flights I have to pay a fee and will need to do so again when I change again once I have a better idea of when I will be travelling again. Understand that all airlines have policies but given the circumstances, experienced a total lack of service and compassion."
