Not only was it sorted, it was sorted with the minimum of fuss and such professionalism as I have seldom experienced in the service industries in this country. But I had to get to the right person. It sometimes takes a little perseverance but going through the correct channels and working within the system is still the only way to go. An understanding is needed of procedures and that junior staff cannot take decisions on extraordinary issues. For this I was rewarded by dealing with a manager who knew exactly what customer service is all about. Again: Thank you.
