There is a Shosholoza Meyl train service from Komatipoort to Nelspruit every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday and from Nelspruit to Komatipoort every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The fare is R 50 one-way.

Mrs CB left this message on our SAA page: "My daughter was returning from Bloem to Jhb today and as her meeting finished early she rushed to the Bloem airport to get onto standby for the earlier flight.She was the first person to have her name taken as stand by passenger. Others were then put on to the flight ahead of her. When she queried this she was told that there is no queue for stand by passengers and the attendant simply shrugged her shoulders. My daughter was keen to catch the earlier flight so that she could pick up her two year old and drive down to Howick, KZN to spend the weekend with us. A more caring, concerned attitude for individuals plights would be such a pleasant change."
