Want to go Czech out Prague? The bad new is that there are no direct flights from Johannesburg to Prague (Czech Republic). The good news is that there are plenty of 1-stop options. Emirates is often the cheapest, via Dubai. Air France flights are sometimes fastest.
We did a snapshot survey of airfares from OR Tambo International Airport to Prague, and then sorted them from the cheapest at the top.

Last October, I had the privilege to visit, Prague in the Czech Republic. I stayed at the beautiful Hotel Maria Prague in which the building is from 1860. Its location was just perfect because it is within walking distance from most the tourist attraction. For instance, it was less that 5 minute walk from the Winceslas Square. The Charles is also not that far away, about a 20 minute walk. Furthermore, it is quite convenient because it is close to the train station which has trains which run straight to the airport. I found the rooms to be nice and spacious. In addition, there was a coffee machine in the room. The bed was also quite comfortable and I literally fell in love with the bathroom because it was modern and unique. I also enjoyed their breakfast because we had a wide selection of food with hot and cold options. Even though the bar was not open at all hours, the food was quite good. The restaurant serves classic Czech dishes for lunch and dinner. There's also an exercise room, sauna, steam bath and in-room massage availability. However, smoking is not permitted on the premises. There is also free Wi-Fi which guests can access as well air conditioning, satellite TV and soundproof windows. The staff were quite friendly and helpful and they were accessible at all times which made my stay more pleasurable. The fact that they could communicate in English was an added advantage. There was also security on the premises which made me feel safe. Joan
