From 28 March 2014 FlyCemair commences flights from Plettenberg Bay to Cape Town, on Fridays and Sundays; in their Beechcraft 1900 planes.
If you're not keen on flying, then your best bet is to hire a car and drive, or fly from George to Cape Town or Port Elizabeth to Cape Town.
