London flight prices
Hopefully we'll be back to exploring London's magical streets soon! South Africa is currently on the UK's Red List, which means only British nationals are allowed to travel from South Africa to the UK and then they have to complete 10 days quarantine in a hotel. There are no direct flights connecting South Africa to the UK currently.

There's been much talk about driverless cars, but autonomous civil aircraft may arrive on the scene first. Tests are planned for the next few weeks where a twin-engined Jetstream will be flown from Warton (England) to Scotland, with a pilot who is on the ground in a control room in Warton. Before you panic, note that there'll be no passengers on these test flights, and there'll be pilots sitting on board to take over just in case.

The Miss South Africa Pageant takes place on the 9th December in Sun City. Good luck to all the finalists.

The Purple shall rule! Denise and Chad landed in Malé for an adventure in the Maldives: "Being handed a landing card also provided us with some interesting facts. For example, did you know that materials deemed contrary to Islam, including "idols for worship" and "bibles" are illegal? Before arriving I had no idea the country was 100% Islamic...We walked around trying to find some traditional Maldivian breakfast, but as it is often like in Sri Lanka, these local shops were filled with men and I just wasn't comfortable enough to walk in...It was GORGEOUS ... every morning we woke up and had breakfast with a view of the gleaming turquoise waters and bright white sand...Day two took us to Biyadhoo Island Resort where we could freely drink and sun tan in bikinis. Yes, those are also restrictions in this Islamic country. Being ultra-conservative, alcohol is illegal except on resort islands along with women wearing bikinis."
