ONLY TO DISCOVER MY SUITCASE IS MISSING!! I do have my luggage ticket but no suitcase. I did have a nametag with contact number on the suitcase as well. There is a suitcase left but it looks different with some wires around it. The driver informed me that someone took my suitcase at Worchester. WHY DO THE COMPANY ISSUE LUGGAGE TICKETS, IF THERE IS NO CONTROL? Is this a case of misconduct or misinterpretation of policy or fraud? I am supposed to return tomorrow with the same bus service??
