The Purple shall rule! "I'd just like to say how dissapointed I was in the attitude of driver and helper when off-loading my suitcase in Pietermaritzburg. It had been put in the wrong compartment when I boarded in Jhb, although I had told them I was only going to PMB. I was repeatedly told, rather rudely, that I had booked my ticket to Durban - when i showed them my (Greyhound) ticket saying to PMB, they said I must have told them in Jhb that I was going to Durban! Bad attitude - but trip there and back was very comfortable - no complaints!" Rosemary
Message left on Greyhound page: "I travelled on your coach yesterday, ticket was booked from Pinetown to Midrand and was said to arrive in Midrand at 7:50pm. When i got on the coach, my seat was taken. Another seat was found for me and the trip was fairly comfortable. When we got to Montrose we were told we would leave at 3:25pm....we only left at 4pm. We then stopped along the road at Harrismith to change cabin crew...we eventually got to Jhb station at 8:05pm and had go wait a further 35mins for a connecting coach to Midrand and Pretoria. The staff were not helpful at all and the Jhb bus depot is so dodgy. I eventually arrived at the Midrand stop at 9:20pm. The service was average but as an international name I definitely expected more! Please keep your passengers informed of delays etc." Donna
