The Purple shall rule! "10/04/2012, 06:30 Kulula flight, Tambo to Dbn. We arrived late for check in and had to rush through baggage and ticket procedures. Ground personnel very helpful. Made flight, seats B1, B2. Due to stress about time and possibly my age, I started feeling bad about 10 minutes into flight. Before my wife could even call attendants I fainted. Cabin staff administered Oxygen and made me comfortable. Came to while landing. Flight staff arranged for wheelchair and assistance. I am fine and I think they were very helpful and professional.
Thank you very much." Daan |

The Bottom Line: "For financial reporting (as opposed to tax-accounting) purposes, a publicly owned company generally seeks to maximise its reported net income, which investors use as a basis for valuing its shares. Therefore, its incentive in any situation where the accounting rules permit discretion is to minimise expenses. The firm will capitalise any expenditures it can and depreciate its fixed assets over as long a period as possible." Alverez & Fridson |
