The Bottom Line: It's not 1 April and I've just heard that the Fisheries Department is relocating from Cape Town to Pretoria (perhaps next to the Naval headquarters?). Looking at it from the department's perspective though, there is a lot more fishy behaviour to police in Pretoria than Cape Town.
What's next, relocate the coastline to Pretoria?
