Basic conditions

Application	Round Trip/Circle Trip/ Turn-around open jaw permitted and subject to 'G' class seats being available. DOMESTIC: Open jaws journeys/round trip/circle trip/one way journeys. Open returns and waitlist not permitted.
Sales Period	Tickets to be issued on/after 21 Feb 2012 and on/before 24 Feb 2012
Departures/Travel Restriction	Please refer table here-above for specified Travel dates per South African Airways destination. The "X" indicates the specific travel period for that destination.
Min/Max Stay	International: 0 / 3 Months Regional: 0 / 12 Months
Ticketing	Within 72 hours after confirmation for international and regional bookings, and 24 hours for domestic bookings.
Reservations	Tickets must show confirmed reservation for all sectors of the journey. Open returns/waitlists not permitted
Advertising/Sales	Permitted Worldwide
Stopovers	Not Permitted.
Re-routing	At any time not permitted.
Combinations	Permitted with add-on amounts / Domestic fares in South Africa. End-on-End permitted with SA fares. Most restrictive conditions apply. This special is also combinable with any other SA published fare which allows combinations.
Change of reservation	INTERNATIONAL: Any time permitted at ZAR1700 per change. Upgrading to any higher fare or cabin permitted at a charge of ZAR1700 per transaction plus any difference in fare.
	REGIONAL: At any time charge a rebooking fee of ZAR 400 per change. These flat rates must be paid subject to the applicable booking class being available. If the booking class is not available, upgrade to the next higher/available fare -- charge the difference in fare plus the applicable rebooking fee. Child/infant discounts apply.
	DOMESTIC: A fee of ZAR 300 (excluding VAT) must be paid per sector, subject to the applicable booking class being available. If the applicable booking class is not available: A fee of ZAR 300 (excluding VAT) must be paid plus the applicable upgrade fee per sector. Upgrade permitted to next higher applicable fare. MCO's not permitted for further transportation.
Cancellation	Anytime – No refund. Upgrade permitted. Where this fare is combined with another fare most restrictive condition will apply.
Return Add-ons	Please refer to GDS's
Standbys	At any time not permitted
Child / Infant Fares	Children (2-11 years): 75% of the adults fare Infants (under 2 years): not occupying a seat pays 10% of applicable normal published fare DOMESTIC: Children: No Discount Permitted Infants (under 2 years): 10% of the adults fare
Booking class	SA International/Regional book "G" class and only applicable on a 3 digit SA flight number. Domestic: SAA 'B' class for 3 digit flight numbers.

The Purple shall rule! "My Manager tried to book into the F1 Hotel in Parow Cape Town, and was instructed that he could not have a room, because their credit card speed point was off line. He was instructed to go out and draw cash before they would issue him a room, or he could wait in the lobby until the machine came back on line..... How disgusting is this kind of non-service? Is this actually a company policy in the year 2012? I think someone should address this as a matter of urgency, as no employee of our compay will make use of this chain again". Jason

The Bottom Line: This would worry me if I were an investor (which as an SA citizen I guess I am!) - South African Express has withdrawn its 2010/11 financial statements as they were "inaccurate & unreliable".
