"Have to tell you, we had a great flight to and from Zanzibar 2rd Sept to 1st Oct, apart from a delay because of paperwork at OR TAMBO, which I suppose can happen to any airline. The downside was a very rude and unhelpful 1time check in clerk at Tambo, her name was (deleted). She saw people were running to catch their connectors because of the late arrival of the Zanzibar flight, but decided that the right course of action was rudness, making sure that the affected passengers were even more upset than they were. The check-in line was long, the clerks numbered 3 with (deleted), then, even though we all were running out of time to catch our connectors, (deleted) decided to close her check-in point and walk away!!! I have travelled the world, and have never seen a clerk like that before. She does your airline no favours whatsoever. So when you check in at OR Tambo, avoid (deleted) like the plague!!!
