Not much has changed in the way of prices since our last survey of Cape Town car rentals, except for the fact that Hertz's site isn't connecting to its database.

Avis Car Rental is offering the cheapest car rental option, and Thrifty the most expensive. We're not sure why Tempest Car Hire are advertising "Ridiculously Low Rates", with Avis being cheaper than them.
Hertz's site down again
After clicking my way through Hertz's 90th birthday celebrations, unfortuanately their site wasn't working again, hence there being no Hertz quote today.
