PAM | I require changes to be made to my original booking. How do I do this. |
Deepee | What a rip off !!!! We got charged 3876 ZAR for a scratch in the windscreen and 3600 ZAR for a punctured tyre ! And all that because a sleepy employee in Jo'burg 'forgot' to offer us the extra insurance for tyres and windscreens. Such a bad experience never again ! |
Bob | We had a horrible experience with Tempest. To fix a slow puncture flat they charged us the cost of an entirely brand new tire (about ZAR 600). The man in Cape Town also tried to charge us some non-existent "fee" of ZAR 1,000, which he said is best to pay in cash. When we told him we only could pay with a credit card he said "nevermind don't worry about it then". Upon returning the car in Jo-Burg we enquired about this "fee" and the lady had never heard of such a thing. |
