16 Jul 2008. The Skytrax 2008 Airport awards have just been released, and Cape Town International Airport
(CPT) has been voted the 10th best airport in the world - well done - not bad for an airport which is under construction! Last year CPT was in 13th place. Just like in 2007 and for the 7th time in 10 years, the best airport in the world is Hong Kong . For the record, here are the top 10 airport in the world (note the Asian dominance of the top 4 spots):
