W H Smith | I find economy seats too confining and uncomfortable. Business class is fine but business is not, even SABC officials do not use them anymore. On the Australian lower priced airlines there is an economy plus, two seats instead of three ion each side of a 737 and the seats are a bit wider. BERNEDETTE | My nephew work for Mango and I sometimes travel to Durban with her rebate tickets, oh, what a shabby treatment you get when travelling on rebate tickets from both the OR Tambo and Durban staff when you check in, you are treated as anobody because you travel "free"But I must say that "not all the staff" but I have now decided that I wil no longer use the rebates, but would rather buy a ticket from other flight company's with cheaper rates of the day, not excluding Mango of course because the shabby treatment I only get when traveling with a rebate ticket.This happened in different airports at different occassions, so I told myself that maybe Mango trained its staff that people travelling on rebates must be treated with no respect. I must say that my daughter is at school in Durban and everytime she comes back home she travels with Mango and one time I was with her to Durban and she experienced this discrimination as she was travelling with a paid ticket. |
