Mango ticket scam
18 Dec 2008. Beware of a Mango ticket scam. Scam artists are trying to sell Mango Airline (and possible other airline tickets too) tickets to people via email and SMS, at a discount to the normal price.
According to Mango's Hein Kaiser: "It seems the scam operates via an e-mail sales proposition, promising flexible open-ended travel both domestically and internationally. During the holiday season we have had several instances where members of the public were defrauded in this way."
