Welcome to South Africa : "F&&& You"ACSA, in common with other monopolies, speak a lot about customer service but their actions demonstrate the contempt they have for their customers. In the last week, staff of this couldn't-care-less organisation changed the welcome boards at OR Tambo Airport (for international tourists) to spell out "F&&& You".
This goes one worse than the sign ACSA have long had welcoming people at OR Tambo Airport to South Africa: "Enter at your own risk".

"We raped the f@#k$rs!" - Michael O'Leary's (the man who makes Ryanair flights happen) exclamation after securing a deal to purchase a 100 new Boeing 737-800 jets and an option for 50 more for $28 million a plane - as expressed in Alan Ruddock's book, "A Life in Full Flight: The story of the man who made Ryanair take off". When asked how he felt about the 'rape', Boeing's vice president in charge of sales replied, "We enjoyed the experience".
