A.P. HOWARD | CHEAP FLIGHT FROM CAPE TOWN TO DURBAN ON 9TH/10/OR 11TH OF APRIL 2010 ONE WAY |
nomboniso mapatwana | my comment is that on the 03 january 2009 i was supposed to travel from durban to butterworth at 17:45 and i got there only to find out that i suppose to take translux instead of city to city and i did not even receive a call telling me that or an announcement as i was waiting. firstly that was unprofessional and there were no apologies from you just that the indian lady at the station said that it was our fault...there were many of us about 10 left there at durban station that day..i am so dissapointed by your company i cannot lie..i cannot even recommend your transport for any of my neighbours, friends and family. i dont know if you treated us that way because we were only blacks or what was your story behind i am very interested to know why we got such a treatment after we paid our tickets the other thing is that be very careful when you are dealing with a customer no matter what the colour of the skin is, treat us equally because the democracy is for anyone lastly, please when you announce at oyur stations please try to do it in many languages because there are some of your customers who do not understand english.........i am very dissapointed with you guys i cannot lie thank you nomboniso mapatwana 073 188 5799 |
