Kulula's humor rules supreme at the Soccer World Cup. Following on the heels of its "not next year, not last year, but sometime in between" ad, Kulula have followed up with offering Fifa's Sepp Blatter a free flight: "We're offering affordable flights to everybody except Sepp Blatter: He can fly for free".
