Advertised Airfares
-
For return Economy Class travel departing from Johannesburg*/Cape Town* or Durban* to the advertised destinations at the advertised price.

Internet only airfares for other departure dates are available through an online quote but may be higher or lower than the advertised airfare depending on availability of seats on the day.
Travel Date
-
For travel departing from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban to the advertised destinations. Ticketing to be completed 72 hours after the reservation has been made. If the reservation was made within 72 hours of departure, ticketing must be completed within 24 hours. Book by 31st May 2010. Valid for departures until 18th December 2010.
Penalties

Booking changes: permitted at a charge of ZAR 1,500 plus VAT per person per ticket and travel must remain within ticket and airfare validity.

Cancellations: ticket is non-refundable anytime. Waived for death of passenger or family member.
Child/Infant Discounts
-
Children aged 2 to 11 years inclusive are charged 75% of the adult fare and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above in the same class of travel.

Infants must be under the age of 2 years for the entire journey (not occupying a seat) and pay 10% of the applicable adult fare for the journey travelled. If an infant turns 2 years of age prior to commencement of return travel, a child fare must be purchased for the entire journey, which will provide a seat for the infant. Infants under 2 years of age at the time of departure and who occupy a seat pay the applicable child fare for the journey travelled.
Stopovers

A maximum of 2 stopovers permitted enroute, 1 in Dubai at a charge ZAR 1,500 on the forward journey and 1 free stopover in Dubai on the return journey.
Payment

Must be made immediately with a credit card in the passenger’s name.

Airfares are only valid until 31st May 2010 excluding the above mentioned ‘black out’ period.

Credit card holder must be one of the travelling party.
Minimum/Maximum Stay

Minimum stay: 3 days after the date of departure from Johannesburg/Cape Town/Durban.

Maximum stay: 2 months from date of departure from Johannesburg/Cape Town/Durban.
