  • This offer is only available on British Airways operated flights from Johannesburg or Cape Town to London (Heathrow) and MasterCard cardholders in South Africa. No domestic add-on points are allowed. 

  • The offer is subject to the specific travel class (Traveller/Economy) being available.

  • All travel on British Airways flights is subject to BA General Conditions of Carriage and the notice and conditions contained on each ticket or itinerary.

Terms and conditions for business class flight to Cape Town

  • The promotion is open to all Gold, Titanium and Platinum MasterCard cardholders registered in South Africa. 

  • Flights must be booked and travelled between 6 April 2009 – 15 December 2009. 

  • The offer is valid on all British Airways domestic and regional routes within Southern Africa, but only in respect of tickets purchased in Club (business class) as set out in bullet point 4 and only in respect of flights operating between 
    09h00 – 16h00.

    The eligible routes are as follows:

  • The One for One offer is only available for Club (business class); subject to purchasing an adult J or D fare, with the second ticket being booked in C class. Both tickets (the paid ticket and the free ticket) need to be used at the same time on the same flight. 

  • Date, Name and Route changes are permitted before ticketing subject to J or D and C class availability. Once tickets have been issued no changes, cancellations or refunds are permitted. 

  • No endorsements onto another airline will be permitted. 

  • Standbys as well as open sectors are not permitted.

  • All relevant taxes for the C fare ticket (free ticket) are for the customer’s own expense. 

  • To take advantage of this offer customers need to contact the British Airways Domestic and Regional Call Centre on 0860 I FLY BA (0860 4 359 22), and quote MasterCard One for One offer. 

  • Payment needs to be made via the British Airways Domestic and Regional Call Centre within 48 hours using ones Gold, Titanium or Platinum MasterCard. 

  • All bookings are made subject to British Airways’ (operated by Comair Limited) Conditions of Carriage for Passenger and Baggage, Conditions of Contract and Regulations.

  • Special valid from Friday 00h01 – Mondays 23h59.

  • Rent 1 day over a week end and receive a second day for free.
