The ordeal of having to wait for your baggage to arrive after 5 days of up and down 60km journeys to and from the airport, receiving little to no clear evidence that will assure the safe arrival or your baggage, only to have less than half your baggage present as if the warning signs were not there already when the airlines and national handling services begin to give what I would call a series of seeming less disclaimers
for to avoid what primarily are misdemeanors causes by their employees. They (the airlines) take no responsibility or accountability what so ever leaving us (the passenger) to run around on a goose chase trying to salvage the stolen costs, valuables and irreplaceable memories from our various trips… it in this light I would advise my future travelers to avoid at all costs travelling through JHB international airport as this has happened to me and many others too frequently to be merely deemed as an unfortunate event.
