The Purple shall rule! "I flew with Mango from Cape Town to Durban on the 25th November 2011 at 17.10 and was dismayed at how the passenger near me used her cell phone after being told to shut it off as we took off. Then as we were preparing to land she delayed shutting down her laptop until made to do so but kept it on her lap during landing. And then hid her Ipod under her coat and never switched it off at all. Then began speaking loudly on her phone before we'd even touched down. Many other passengers also used their phones before they were allowed to despite being told not to. This is totally unacceptable. Either it's dangerous or not and if it is should be enforced! The cabin crew knew she was a problem and should have been more insistent and checked to see that she was doing what was required! I have another flight on Mango soon and hope this won't happen again. I have never noticed anything quiet as blatant as this before." Louisa
