3 Palms Cape are a Bed & Breakfast situated in Amandelrug, Kuilsrivier, a quiet Cape Town Northern Suburb. They are easily accessed from Cape Town city, Cape Town International Airport, the N1 & N2 and the R300. They are also close to Stellenbosch, Franschoek and the popular Wine Routes. They border on Eersterivier, Blackheath & Stellenbosch on the one side and Stikland, Bellville, Durbanville, Brackenfell & Kraaifontein on the other side.

The Rooms have Fax & Copy Facilities, High Speed Internet Connections, Purified Water and Hospitality Trays. Halal Food can be arranged if prior notification is given. The downstairs Bath Rooms and Bedrooms are Wheelchair Friendly and have private Gardens. The bedrooms are en – suite, have Safe’s, Fans, and Clock Radios, and are No Smoking Areas. Provision for smoking is made in the private gardens, outside the ground floor rooms, and under the Lapa.

Braai facilities and the Lapa are available for guests and their visitors.

They are pink friendly (read their review on Pink Choice), animal friendly (in the downstairs rooms with the private gardens, please notify in advance) and child friendly (the pool is covered with a safety net).

Special Rates for People Staying Two Weeks or Longer. Normal Rates are (Per Person per night, including a good healthy breakfast, excluding V.A.T):

R200 Per Person Sharing for a double room en-suite. (Double Rooms with double beds or two single beds).
R250 for a Single room, Single Bed en-suite
R300 for a Double Room en suite with a Single occupant (Double Bed)
R50 for dinner if required.
R100 per shuttle trip to or from Cape Town International Airport.
R50 per trip to Wedding Venues.

Babies up to three years sharing parent's room free. Children over three years to six years sharing parent's room R50.00 per night. Children over six years to ten years sharing parent's room R100.00 per night. Ironing and Washing Service available on request at a fee. They will provide an Airport or Bus Shuttle as well as Transport to and from the Wedding Venues on request.

Bookings not confirmed within 24 Hours will be assumed, not any longer required and cancelled

50 % Deposit is payable on reservation to secure

25 % Refundable on cancellation one week prior to arrival date.

The outstanding amounts as well as an R100.00 Refundable Deposit for Keys and Breakage is payable on arrival.

No Cheque Deposits, unless done 15 days prior to arrival; Internet Transfers or Cash Deposits only.

Departures, arrivals and cleaning

The rooms are cleaned between 10h00 and 12h00. You may arrive earlier but the rooms will be ready by 12h00. The same goes for departing; they would like the rooms by 10h00 for c leaning, but you are welcome to use the Guest Lounge, the Lapa and facilities.
